It will unspool over more than three weeks, from the Kimmel Center to Chestnut Hill to Cheyney University and back to Broad Street - 145 performances, exhibitions, lectures, screenings, readings, French lessons, wine tastings, and a street fair, all in the spirit of Paris 1910-20, with its wild profusion of artistic energies.
