Killings spark debate over new N.J. early-release program for inmates

A teenager from Sicklerville was shot and killed in February on a South Camden street corner.
The man police say pulled the trigger: Brandon Isler, a 24-year-old with drug and weapons convictions dating to 2005. He had been freed a month earlier from a Bordentown youth correctional facility through the state's newly implemented automatic early-release program.
