Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty In USS Cole Bombing

Military prosecutors on Wednesday re-filed terrorism and murder charges against the suspected mastermind of the 2000 attack of the U.S. warship, which killed 17 sailors and wounded another 40. It's the first case to move forward since President Obama ordered military trials to resume at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
