Aftershock In Japan Cuts Power To A Million Homes

The 7.1 aftershock late Thursday killed two people and piled more misery on a region buried under the rubble of last month's devastating tsunami. Nearly a million homes were without power Friday. Around the troubled Fukushima Dai-ichi plant, police have fanned out inside the evacuation zone to continue digging for the dead.
