Headed To Qatar, Former Libyan Foreign Minister Leaves U.K.

Moussa Koussa is headed to Doha to talk with other Libyans, including rebels, about the future of the country. That Britain has allowed him to travel has disappointed some, especially the family members of those killed in the Lockerbie bombing.
